Today is the first day. I found that students of Class Love are cute. They are different from what I think. We need patience to persuade them to do things.

Today teacher introduced us to those students. Although their pronunciation is not correct, they are passionate and cute. I feel that they rely on me, so it’s my pleasure to help them.

We arrived at Class Love Building earlier. They were eating and I went to help kindergarten students. I played with them and fed Wei. He is smart because when I said, ‘Open!’ he will open his mouth to eat. Today I also helped Miao to brush her teeth and I tried my best by holding her hands.

Today teacher assigned two serious students to us. I was assigned to take care of Miao who is Multi-disabled and can’t do many things himself. I found that she is well-behaved and always follows what I ask her to do. He is easy to be distracted and likes to look outside. She will swallow the water while rinsing his mouth. I need to remember each student’s condition in case I don’t know how to help them.。

Today there was an accident. Miao stumbled because of Pei. She is brave and didn’t cry. Then she stood up herself.

Shiu lost his temper today. He didn’t want to sleep and kept asking for water.

oday I had great improvement—that is, an autistic student began to talk to me. I brought a toy to the classroom and they asked me to give them the toy. At this time, I asked them to call me brother and then they really did.

Today teacher asked me to assist Miao in using the restroom. I found that she needs others’ help to use the restroom.

There were many special things happened today. First, on the way to classroom, Miao slipped and didn’t want to stand up. Because of Shiu’s help, she stood up finally. Then Chen, Chu-En assists her in using the restroom but she didn’t do anything. I was poked by a student’s umbrella. It hurts.

We had four days holiday. After the holiday, we came to Class Love to help them and found that a student was absent because she got sick. I wish her to get better soon. Because Pei was absent, Chen, Chu-En had more free time. I asked him to help me.

9/28

Today new volunteers from 4th grade came to Class Love. They took care of students of Class Love together with us. I shared what I have learned in the month with them and I found that I really learned a lot. When I found that new volunteers were afraid of holding students of Class Love, I worried. Then I remember that in the beginning, I did the same with them. I hope that they can take care of them well.

Although I finished the volunteer work, some members and I still went to visit them. Big Head was surprised when he saw me because he thought I won’t come again. Chen, Chu-En and I decided to visit them on every Tuesday and Thursday. I hope that they won’t forget me.

　　Being a volunteer is a great experience. When I heard that we needed to serve in Class Love, I was kind of reluctant. When I saw those students who look not smart, I really wanted to leave. However, after several days, I found that I was wrong because they are cute and not stupid like other people think. If you think that they are worse than us, you will be wrong. They are humans as us. Although they are not smarter than us, they are more honest and innocent than us. Some people are evil, so I think that students of Class Love are better than those bad people. I learn a lot of things which never shows in the books while serving in the class. I learn how to take care of people who is younger than me and how to help others. Although it sounds tired, I don’t feel tired at all. I took an important and meaningful lesson in Class Love.
