Implement “Volunteer Service,” foster “Social Skills”

　　In order to let our students be able to interact with students of Class Love and also let them experience the spirit of dedication, our school will recruit little volunteers from 4^th grade in every semester since 2005. The schedule of volunteer is in lunch break time and volunteers’ work is to assist students of Class Love to take care of themselves, for example, they can help teachers take care of students while eating during lunch time and help them to brush teeth, prepare to take a nap after finishing lunch. The volunteer work needs to be completed in one year. Before starting the volunteer work, their teacher will teach students volunteer's spirit and attitude and then train volunteers in order to let them understand the real meaning of being a volunteer. After accomplishing volunteer work, teachers will evaluate and students will write down feedbacks which will be published in our special education journals to share with everyone. After reading those journals, we can know that little volunteers finally like to assist students of Class Love although they did not understand the conditions of students. And those feedbacks are so touched. Therefore, some parents will ask us if we can let their child join our volunteer team.
