Hold “Summer Life Camps”, Foster “Control in Leisure”

　　Every summer, the special education center always holds a one-month summer life camp and appoints professional teacher to instruct courses: strength and conditioning, dancing, art crafts, Orff music. Through their professional, they design many interesting courses in order to let students have fun while learning. When courses become games, children can focus on the courses more to achieve the teaching goal: learning from play. During the summer life camp, we also hold a two-day camping activity in which everyone goes out together to visit beautiful places in the morning and stays overnight in the school with teachers and classmates. The purpose of the activity is to let students experience the life different from home, to improve them the ability of taking care of themselves and accommodation to the society. Besides, there is a “Happy Volunteer Team” made of university students who will accompany with those students in each activity. Because of the join of volunteers, we can teach students more vividly and perfectly and train them communication skills. Moreover, because of the plan made by teachers of Class Love and their guidance, every student's talents can be developed well and Yu Jen's spirit “Let Children Come to Me.” also develops well to let everyone have beautiful memory of the summer camp.
